Vickie Flannery

Vickie is a certified Level 1 Stott Pilates Instructor.  She is certified in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.  She has also had training in ISP (Injuries and Special Populations).  She has been teaching clients for the past two years and prior to her training, Vickie was a devoted client at Franklin twice a week. She enjoys teaching groups, privates and duets.    Vickie likes to work with clients of all ages and experience.  She enjoys developing Pilates programs that help her clients reach their fitness goals.  Vickie likes seeing her clients develop good body awareness and to see their mind/body connection grow.  Pilates will improve core strength and your overall fitness level.  A healthy mind and body is everyone’s goal.

Renee Stein

Renee is a Certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise. She graduated from Michigan State University in 2004, and became certified shortly after. Renee enjoys working with women and men of all ages, and varying levels of fitness ability. She works with clients that have different needs including weight management, increasing strength and flexibility, and disease prevention. Renee develops exercise programs that efficiently help her clients reach their fitness goals, stay motivated, and take the next step towards becoming healthier and feeling better for the rest of their lives. A healthy lifestyle is the best preventative medicine.


Sheridan Hainline

Sheridan Hainline has worked in the fitness industry for over  15 years with a background  in Classical Ballet, Personal Training, Yoga, Essentrics, STOTT Mat Pilates and Balanced Body Pilates. Her fitness  journey has made her realize the importance of the mind body connection, going beyond the physical component and taking into account total wellness; the direct result of Pilates.  She believes we need to listen to our bodies, have a balance in both resistance and flexibility training and learn how to correctly align and move our bodies,  so that we remain mobile, agile, strong and injury free for the long haul; in both our daily activities and/or sport. Sheridan has benefited greatly from making health and wellness a lifestyle choice and loves encouraging others along the path of healthy habits, fitness, flexibility, stability, mobility, balance and well-being!
