Senior Programs

The Young At Heart Program has been designed especially for Franklin Seniors who want to enhance and prolong their lives through the many benefits of physical activity. Our programs are designed to give the senior population a variety of mind and body exercise opportunities to help them stay fit and motivated at any age.

If you are interested in learning more about Franklin Athletic Club, we would be delighted to provide you with fee schedules, materials highlighting Club programs and activities, and an application for membership. We also invite you to tour the Club weekdays between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., and weekends between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
