Scout Program
Group Shout
A Group Shout is a two-hour event with games and activities held in our Franklin Athletic Club Gym.  Scout troops can choose to do badge work from the list below. 
$15.00 per child with a minimum of 12 people.

Snoozer
A sleepover event runs from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.  This event includes games and activities, pizza dinner, badge work for scouts, a movie time and a fruit bar in the morning. 
$ 35.00 per person with a minimum of 18 people.  Any Adults after the 18 minimum are ½ off.

Swim and Snooze
This sleepover includes an hour of swimming, games, pizza dinner, a movie time and a fruit bar in the morning. Badge work is not included in this event.
$40.00 per person with a minimum of 18 people. Any Adults after the 18 minimum are ½ off.  

We are happy to help you achieve any of the following Try-its or Badges. Each group may only choose one badge to work toward.

  • Playing around the World
Juniors Badges:
  • Fun & Fit
  • Healthy Relationships
  • Sports Sampler

Franklin Athletic Club will provide all the materials necessary to meet basic requirements for the above badges.  The troop leader however is responsible for providing the actual patch for the troop.  We cannot meet all the requirements for Junior badges, due to follow up activities.

Scheduling
Our events can be held on weekdays, during school breaks and weekends.  

Fees
All Events require a non-refundable $50.00 deposit. Balance is paid on the day of the Event. One adult guest for every 6 children is required for all events.

Staff
At least one staff member of the Club will be on site during the event.  The staff Member/facilitator will lead your group’s activities.

What you need to bring:

  • Sleeping bag
  • Pillow
  • Pajamas
  • Toothbrush
  • Towel
  • Swim suit if swimming
  • Gym shoes
  • A smile

Cancellations
All deposits are non refundable but reservation dates may be changed with 14 day notice notice.

Policies
  • Please plan to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled event time.
  • Our overnight events are not lock ins or all-niters, Sleepover programming ends at 11:30pm with the last event of the night which is a movie.
  • Franklin Athletic Club is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
  • Franklin Athletic Club staff may refuse to let a child participate in any activity if they feel the child is in danger or could cause harm to another guest.
  • As the event coordinator please make sure you have emergency contacts for all the guests.
  • All guests must have a signed waiver in order to participate in our program. Please CLICK here to download the waiver.
  • Food and beverages are allowed in the eating room only.
  • No event will be booked without a non-refundable deposit.
