Weight Loss Coordinator

I spent many years taking off weight and putting it right back on because I hated counting points, eating next to nothing or doing "fad" diets. It was an unrealistic way to live. I decided it was time to make lasting changes for myself and my children, to ignite the healthy athlete within me. With help from a nutritionist and various trainers, I discovered my healthy inner self and began eating clean and working out. Studying and getting certified were only the first steps in my journey. I am committed to "paying it forward" by helping others find enjoyment by eating healthy and finding their inner athlete. My goal is to help my clients transform how they look and feel about themselves.
