This unique program focuses on Dance Technique, Strengthening,
Movement and Positive Self Esteem
  • Jazz: Some of the components of a jazz class include body isolations, turns, leaps, progressives across the floor as well as combinations of movement.

  • Jazz/Hip Hop

  • Jazz/Tap: 20 minutes of beginning jazz and 20 minutes of beginning tap.

  • Adult Jazz: warm -up and learn jazz combinations which could be put into a routine.

  • Adult Hip Hop: Emphasis is less on technique and more on performance.  The students will learn dance styles seen on Music Videos.

  • Boys Hip Hop: Emphasis is less on technique and more on performance.  The students will learn dance styles seen on Music Videos.

  • Pre-Tap: Learn the basic barre and floor exercises.  Learn a dance routine using what had been learned.

  • Tap: This classes teaches poise , grace and balance with the emphasis on graceful movements.  Ballet skills lead to the technical aspects of all forms of dance.

  • Tap-Ballet: 20 minutes of beginning tap and 20 minutes of beginning ballet.

  • Parent Tot: Follow the leader warm-up and movement games.  Learn where toes and heels are at the barre and learn a song and dance.  This a fun filled class with also parachute play .  This is class for both the parent and child to do together.

  • Adult Tap: Tap warm-up and learn tap combinations which could be put into a routine.

  • Pre-Ballet: Learn the beginning ballet positions and movements Learn a dance routine using what had been learned.

  • Ballet: This classes teaches poise , grace and balance with the emphasis on graceful movements.  Ballet skills lead to the technical aspects of all forms of dance.

  • Acro: A combination of dance and gymnastics.  Dancers will learn how to develop acrobatic and gymnastic skills with an emphasis on flexibilty and strength.
