This is a great way for your child to learn to swim with others. All clinics have a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 6 participants. The classes run for six consecutive weeks per session and are 30 minutes in length.
Parent/Tot - Dwarf Lantern Shark Program:
In this class the parent and student are in the water together with an instructor. The instructor will help you help your child adapt to the water, teach you techniques for working with your child to help them become familiar in the water.

Cookie Cutter Shark
This is the first class where your child gets in the water by themselves with an instructor. The instructor will help your child get acclimated in the water with skills such as blowing bubbles, “bobs” as well as learning safe water skills.

In this clinic your child will build on the skills from the Level I clinic. Your child will learn to pick up objects under water, glide and swim short distances on their own.

Your child will develop the skills to swim on their own for extended distances, and build strength with these skills as well as the beginning of breastroke and butterfly.

In this stroke improvement clinic your child will continue to build on the skills from previous levels including swimming all four competitive strokes for extended distances as well as building on their knowledge of the four competitive strokes.
