Our newest Yoga Trainer. Daniel Aaron Gottlieb, Known as YOga Dan, Dan is an Innovator in the Art of Sequencing a Yoga class. His balance and appreciation for the Physical Practice Flows so smoothly with Respect for the Ancient Discipline living his yoga offers. Class Is Titled Flow with Gratitude. Dan will Implement his Yoga for all levels Interval Training sequence that is guaranteed to increase the Heart Rate, Improve Stamina, decrease Recovery time, and Keep the Mind at ease.. Should have basic understanding of Sun Salutations and Vinyasa Flow.
Daniel was originally born in Southfield Mi, He Received his Bachelors from Arizona State University in Interdisciplinary Studies emphasis, Sociology and Mass Communications. Daniel is a Peace Activist, Yoga Practitioner, and Respected Instructor He has trained many respected College and Professional Actors; Athletes, while living in California and Arizona. As a college athlete he discovered Yoga as a Rehab for Spinal Abnormalities and Vertebral Contusions. Standing at 6'7 Playing basketball took its toll on Daniel's Body and Soul. "Yoga is about Prevention" Prepare the mind and body so its always Aware of its' surroundings. Dan will be available for Private and Semi-Private Yoga sessions through the Front desk and look for him on the schedule in 2010.

Vinyasa Yoga
An energetic class that uses a flowing series of postures to generate heat. This is a challenging class recommended for experienced students.
Slow Flow Yoga:
Designed for the student looking to experience a slower paced class. While this class is still challenging there is a greater emphasis on relaxation and internal focus.
Yoga and meditation:
A gentle class appropriate for every body. This is a one hour class with the option of staying for an additional 30 minutes of meditation.
Water yoga:
Yoga postures transformed into a pool setting. Designed for those who may require a modified practice that is gentler than traditional land classes. |
