Deborah Korman, Library Teacher

Deborah Korman is thoroughly excited to share the wonders of reading, language, and art to inspire your children’s colorful imagination. In her storytelling class, your children will enjoy learning to thoughtfully listen, to use their imaginations, and to creatively express themselves through discussion and artwork. With Deborah’s guidance, the beginnings of a long lasting love of reading will be fostered in your children.
For ten years, Deborah worked for major newspapers and wire services, traveling throughout the United States as a photojournalist. Deborah is also an abstract expressionistic painter who earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree as well as her teaching certification from Michigan State University.
